1. The Brocklerigg stretch is FLY ONLY except when the guage is 1ft 8" and above at 0800 (no worming permitted)
2. If the spinning mark is covered at 9a.m, anglers may continue to spin all day.
3. When the river is highly coloured through flood conditions anglers may fish the worm.
4. All salmon caught MUST BE CAREFULLY RETURNED. 100% catch and release.
5. All sea trout caught after 15 August MUST BE CAREFULLY RETURNED
6. All anglers MUST submit a catch return before they leave the water (even nil returns must be reported). A box will be provided at the car park to facilitate this.
7. Anglers must take a step downstream with every cast and must not enter a pool downstream of another angler fishing that pool.
8. Anglers acknowledge that they fish at their own risk and the proprietors accept no liability for accidents or losses sustained by anglers whilst fishing
