2. Tenants are obliged to provide adequate personal protection equipment, i.e. lifejackets, for themselves and their guests. This is a condition of fishing on the Balmoral Estate beats.
3. Balmoral Estates support the River Dee Conservation Code and adhere to its guidelines
4. All fishers are requested to keep details of the dates and times fished, together with records of the catch. All the details should be handed to the ghillie in order that the Dee District Salmon Fishery Board Data Forms can be completed.
5. In the event of a Member of The Royal Family, or one of their house guests, wishing to fish we would ask fishing clients to give way. Should this happen we will of course reimburse you for the period involved.
Balmoral Estates support the Catch and Release Policy for the River Dee and would request that all fish are returned to the river. All fishers are requested to complete the details for the Dee District Salmon Fishery Board. Completed forms should be handed to the Ghillie at the end of the tenancy.
In common with other River Dee proprietors our fishing tenants are obliged to provide adequate personal protection equipment, e.g. lifejackets, for themselves and their guests. This is a condition of fishing on the Balmoral Estate Beats.
May we also remind you that it is also a condition of the tenancy of fishing on the Balmoral Estates that the Vehicle Details Form is completed and returned to the Estates Office at least a fortnight before your arrival.
