The Upper Beauly syndicate own about 2.5 miles of the Beauly, below the junction of where the Farrar joins the Glass. This section is divided into two beats and there is one hut that is available to the three rods that fish each beat. There is one ghillie on the beat.

The fishing here gets better as the season progresses with the prime months being late August, September and early October.
