1. Fishing is from 9am to 5pm with the ghillie having an hour off at lunch time. There will be flexibility during the summer, especially if the gillie is able to work some evenings instead of mornings, but there is no obligation on him to do so. The four rods will be looked after by one ghillie.
2. The owners reserve the right to fish 2 further rods in addition to the 4 let rods.
3. Fishing is from the left or north bank only and the boundaries are marked on the map. When the full four rods are fishing, the beat is split into two halves each fished by two rods changing over at lunchtime. Please note that the tides may interrupt fishing for short periods on the bottom beat, and to help with this the boundary between the two beats is sometimes adjusted.
4. Tweed Spring Conservation Measures remain in place.
5. Rods will be offered lifejackets and will confirm that Gyrodactylus measures have been adhered to.
