Chollerton condtions

• EA guidlines on catch and released to be observed
• Methods - Fly and spinning - Single/double/treble hooks
• Dogs may be permitted by arrangement.
• Due consideration must be shown to other anglers.
• Fishing Tenants will use the stiles, crossing places, access routes, parking spaces and paths at their own risk and no responsibility will be accepted by owners for any loss, damage, accident or injury which may be sustained and which may be due to use of the above facilities.
• If an accident occurs, Tenants are required to inform the owners and an incident form MUST be completed.
• Life vests and wading sticks must be brought to fish.
• Fishermen must record all fish caught (including fish returned) with the owners and within 48 hours of the date of fishing. It is a statutory requirement to record accurate returns of fish caught and so Tenants are particularly requested to be punctilious in making these returns.
• Chollerton has now adopted a policy of Full Catch and Release for all salmon and seatrout caught throughout the season.
• Please only fish with single or double hooks on all tackle.
