The west end of loch Tay is a jewel in Scotland's fishing crown. The best months for trolling for salmon are between January and May.
Our legendary resident Ghillie Bill Hill invariably lands over 20 salmon a season.
Bill's 40lb fish is the largest caught on the loch in the past 50 years and is proudly displayed in the Falls of Dochart Inn.
In summer months trout fishing is also available.
