The River Ardle is a tributary of the River Ericht which flows into the Isla and finally into the Tay.
Pitcarmick has approximately 4 miles of fishing with 20 named pools split into three two rod beats.
The river can be comfortably covered with a single handed rod and can produce some exciting sport with a good run of salmon from June onwards depending on water levels.
In addition Pitcarmick Estate offers trout fishing on Pitcarmick loch.
Situated a 15 drive from the main road, the loch is set in an idyllic location surrounded by heather hills and offers bank or boat fishing.
The loch contains wild brown trout and has a rustic stone built boat house that will comfortably seat 8 - 10 people.

A four wheel drive vehicle is needed to reach the loch, however transport to the loch can be arranged at an additional cost of £10 per party.
A ghillie is available by request at a cost of £100 per day.
