There are so many wonderful places to see and visit in this beautiful part of Scotland.

There are some great beaches.

Lossiemouth beach.

There are some excellent circular walks. Head upriver from the mouth of the Lossie along its tidal banks and then follows it into the woods before returning along Lossiemouth's East Beach.

RAF Lossimouth

The Station remains an important fast jet main operating base within the Royal Air Force, with both Tornado and Typhoon squadrons to be based here from mid-2014. RAF Lossiemouth remains the home to the Tornado GR4 Operational Conversion Unit, XV (Reserve) Squadron, who train all Pilots and Weapons Systems Operators to operate the Tornado GR4. During the summer of 2014 two Typhoon squadrons, 6 Squadron and 1 (Fighter) Squadron, will relocate to RAF Lossiemouth. As part of these latest moves, the Station will also assume Quick Reaction Alert (Interceptor) North (QRA(I)N) duties from September this year.

The famous Findhorn bay with it's commune.

The former fishing village of Findhorn is situated about 4 miles from Forres, originally a busy port with trading ships it is now a peaceful little village ideal for a great relaxing break with miles of white sandy beaches and sand dunes to explore, the bay is also popular for various watersports.

Cawdor castle

The magical Cawdor Castle dates back to the late 14th century. Steeped in history, visitors are still delighted by it to this day.
