The Kinnaird Middle fishing consists of two miles of double bank fishing 1.5 miles downstream of Brechin. All beats (except Powmouth) let for 4 rods although summer water may not allow this number on all beats.
A river keeper is employed by the estate to oversee and maintain fishings generally and to 'get you started'.
7 named pools from the "Willows" to "Haughs Rough". Steady improvements to the beat over the years by way of croys and bank work has improved catches dramatically over the last few years - especially in the autumn.
Hut in elevated position (no services).
The Estate also has three other beats - see:
Kinnaird Upper
Kinnaird Lower
Kinnaird Powmouth
