1. Rents are inclusive of rates and wages but are exclusive of ghillie's tips.
2. Tenants will be expected to use their own vehicles whilst fishing. Tenants will also be expected to provide their own tackle, flies, etc. unless otherwise agreed in advance
3. The telephone in the fishing hut is available for the convenience of the tenants but all calls must be paid for. Credit cards and transfer charge procedures should be used wherever possible.
4. Angling will be according to the voluntary code of conservation measures promoted by the Dee Salmon Fishing Improvement Association and by the Dee District Salmon Fishery Board. Spinning on the beat will however be at the Ghillies discretion to protect the interests of all rods in accordance with the River Dee conservation code.

7. The ghillie is in charge of the fishings and his instructions must be complied with at all times.
8. Safety is of paramount importance and the directions of the ghillie must be followed in this respect. Tenants will be required to read and sign a safety information sheet on arrival and prior to fishing commencing.
9. It is compulsory for all anglers to wear life jackets/ buoyancy aids while fishing at Lower Crathes and West Durris beats.
