Lower Blackhall and Banchory

Fishery

This newly (2020) configured beat combines the classic spring water at Lower Blackhall & Kinneskie (situated immediately upstream of the Bridge of Dee at Banchory) with its neighbour, the prolific summer beat Banchory, which is immediately below the Bridge and straddles the mouth of the Water of Feugh. The two are now managed as one six rod beat.

There are two excellent fishing huts with all facilities and a full-time ghillie.

Guests of all abilities are welcome. Tuition and equipment hire can be arranged on request.

The beat adheres to the Conservation Code of the Dee District Salmon Fishery Board.
