Please note that anglers MUST fill in this form and return it to the Estate office prior to fishing. Failure to do so may result in permission to fish being refused.
1. The water must be fished in a fair and sportsmanlike manner. A ghillie is provided to serve the rods on the beat and his decision in all matters pertaining to the conduct and method of fishing is final.
2. Tenants are obliged to provide adequate personal protection equipment, i.e. lifejackets, for themselves and their guests. This is a condition of fishing on the Balmoral Estate beats.
3. Balmoral Estates support the River Dee Conservation Code and adhere to its guidelines
4. All fishers are requested to keep details of the dates and times fished, together with records of the catch. All the details should be handed to the ghillie in order that the Dee District Salmon Fishery Board Data Forms can be completed.
5. The Estate Office hold a stock of barbless hooks, which are available for purchase and recommended by The Dee Salmon Fishery Board.
