Two adjoining Beats covering almost Three Kilometers, The Main and First beat Lismore Castle in directly beneath the butraces of The Castle making it a most picturesque Location. The beat offers double bank fishing with restricted number of rods per day. Atlantic Salmon being the prefered Species by Syndicate Members and day Ticket Holders. Salmon generally appear around April, with the grilse run being considered prime time on the beat.
