Season so far

(Last Updated: Tuesday 06 August)

And end of season report will appear shortly.

Prospects

With some rain over the weekend and more due this week, the rivers should be worth a cast and into next week as well.

The Esk at Egton had some good sport at the weekend and very much worth a visit this week. Keep and eye on the weather.

Brian Towers reports that fish have been seen at Tanfield (on the video counter) and is out fishing at Bolton. Nothing

seen yet but he is expecting a fish or two off the river.

Swinton and Abbey beat could well be worth a cast this week. Fingers crossed, some one getting in the salmon.
