Description
Springwater Fishery is a complex of three freshwater lochs set amongst delightful Ayrshire farmland, in a peaceful location, only 4 miles from Ayr. Springwater fishery is
currently being managed by Willie and Toni Scott And they hope to see you soon
The fishing complex consists of three lochs within a total area of 20 acres. The principal fishing water is the Fly Loch which is 6 acres, and includes three islands, all
of which are accessible by bridges. The trout fishery is stocked with fish ranging in weight from 2lbs up to 15lb consisting of rainbow, steelhead, blues and brown trout
all brought on in the Springwater rearing ponds.
There is also a 4 acre Bait Loch which contains fish from 1lb upwards. As well as all the usual legal bait methods, spinning is also allowed in this loch.
Making up the trio is a 3 acre Coarse Loch that is well stocked with Rudd, Crucian, Common, Mirror, F1 and Ghost Carp as well as Perch, Roach, Tench, Skimmers, Hybrids &
