Morton Pond is set amongst the beautiful, secluded landscape of the wider Queensberry Estate in the shadow of the Lowther Hills and close to the ruins of Morton Castle, an early stronghold of the Douglases.
Children's tickets are available for a flat rate of £5 per day per child. Children are classed as aged 16 and under and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No rod sharing is permitted and adults who wish to fish alongside, must purchase their own adult permit.
Catch details must be returned to the Estate Office by the end of each fishing day.
