Park is renowned for the quality of its fishing and variety of pools with both banks of the river owned by the estate. The beat comprises Park North (5 rods) and Park South (4 rods) with the beats reduced to 4 and 3 rods respectively in June and July.
Fishing is available for 1 rod for 1 day, to weekly lets for parties of up to 9 fishers. For the ultimate break fishers, can take advantage of the superb, fully staffed,
accommodation available in Park House. We also provide self-catering accommodation in Lime Tree Cottage; a warm and comfortable retreat for fishers who want to maximise
their time on the river. Both properties are only a 3 minute drive from the river via private track.
Depending on height, a considerable quantity of bank fishing is available. Wading is generally easy and certain pools are suitable for older guests and beginners.
Park North hut looks out on the famous Cellar Pool and Durris Stream. Park South Hut is easily accessed from the B9077 South Deeside Road and benefits from a wonderful view which takes in Coopers, the Long Pool, the Kirks, Greenbank and Castleton.
The estate provides one expert ghillie for each side of the river and additional ghillies are also available, at an extra charge. The ghillies can provide expert tuition in
all aspects of fishing and fly casting.
