The Lower Beauly syndicate own approximately 3.25 miles of double bank fishing on the lower river between the Lovat Bridge and the Kilmorack dam. The fishing is divided into three beats (Falls, Home, and, Downie) and they are fished in rotation with five rods on each beat. The change over is at 3am. Each beat has a hut and there are three ghillies who rotate with the rods as they move from beat to beat.
The beats offer a variety of fishing, which is suitable for all types of fishers. There is ghillie and hut on each beat. The lower river catches about 700 fish per year.
