Prospects for coming week

(Last updated: Tuesday 3rd April)

The week ahead continues to look unsettled with some heavy rain around. Thankfully it is forecast to warm up over the weekend to more seasonal averages. Hopefully this will encourage hatches of March Brown and Large Dark Olives and get the trout feeding off the top. Salmon anglers should also consider going for a cast as a few fish are arriving off the Solway. Newbie, Cleuchhead and Hoddom all present the chance
