About FishAnnan

FishAnnan is an initiative by the Annan Fisheries Board, which makes it easier for anglers to visit the river and experience the truly fantastic fishing that we can offer. The Annan's proximity to the large urban centres of northern England and the central belt of Scotland makes it an ideal venue for both the day visitor and longer stays.

This website will help make the decision process about the type of fishing you want and the venue you chose easier. The 24-hour online booking facility also enables you to secure your fishing as soon as you have decided upon it. This can be important particularly at prime times of the year when the river can book up quickly.

The Annan board will endeavour to keep the site as up to date as possible and include catches form the beats as and when they come in but the nature of the river is that catch returns are often not submitted until late in the season so it is important to note that catch returns shown on this site only represent what has been reported quickly. The true figures will be much much higher.
