Help Desk
Very few websites have help desks to back them up, but we do, as we feel that they are a vital part of any professional service. So if you prefer to speak to a person rather than a machine, do give us a ring and we will be glad to help in whatever way we can.
Advice to anglers
Our help desk staff are all anglers themselves and can give you advice whenever you need it. All we ask is that you have a look at our advice menu first to see if that can be a help to you.
If you want to know what fishing is available please use our
Find Fishing page, as that will give you accurate information, properly laid out in a way that cannot be easily imparted on the telephone.
With over 750 fisheries on our system, we cannot know each one in detail, but where necessary we are always happy to put you in touch with someone who does.
Telephone bookings
If you prefer to book by telephone rather than online, we will be glad to help, but please note that there is a slightly higher booking charge than if you booked online.
Relets
If you have booked some fishings with us and suddenly find that for reasons beyond your control you can no longer make it, we can try to relet the fishing for you. There is an administration charge of £10 +VAT for setting this up and a 10% commission charge if we are successful.
